Our goal is to simplify that process for you and create strong partnerships that ultimately benefit you, your children, and your nanny. We believe that the best childcare arrangements occur when the relationship is based on trust, shared values, and open communication. We understand that each family we serve will have different needs and expectations, and we have different programs to meet those varied needs. We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions that addresses common questions.

Regardless of whether you need a full-time nanny or just a nanny for an occasional evening out, every nanny we place meets the same high standards including: Current CPR/First-Aid certification, thorough background check, and a strong background in childcare.

To begin the placement process for a full-time nanny, please call (720) 244-2247. We will explain the services we offer and our fees. We will email/mail/fax a family profile to you so we can understand your needs, expectations, and family values. Getting to know you and your family is critical in the placement process. From there, we will begin to send you comprehensive nanny applications for your review. Front Range Nannies will arrange interviews so you can meet the nannies in which you have the strongest interest. Finally, once you make your hiring decision, we will provide you with a start-up package with a sample employment agreement, employment tax information, and templates for performance reviews, daily activity logs, etc.
