including: Current CPR/First-Aid certification, thorough background check,
and a strong background in childcare.

We will explain the services we offer and our fees. We will email/mail/fax
a family profile to you so we can understand your needs, expectations, and family
values. Getting to know you and your family is critical in the placement
process. From there, we will begin to send you comprehensive nanny applications
for your review. Front Range Nannies will arrange interviews so you can meet
the nannies in which you have the strongest interest. Finally, once you make
your hiring decision, we will provide you with a start-up package with a sample
employment agreement, employment tax information, and templates for performance
reviews, daily activity logs, etc.
